Returns and Exchanges Policy

By shopping at Charmaine Wong Art, you agree to the following terms:

EXCHANGES: 

  1. We accept exchanges within 14 days of your package delivery. 

  2. All customers are required to purchase their own return label for the exchange. 

  3. Items being exchanged MUST be in new condition, not ripped and tattered. If the item does not meet these criteria, we will ship your package back to you and not carry out the exchange. 

  4. To initiate an exchange, please email charmswong@gmail.com with your order information.

  5. Once we receive your item in the mail, we will reorder your item to be made and shipped to you. 

RETURNS:

  • To initiate a return on eligible items, please email charmswong@gmail.com with your order information.

  • We currently accept returns for STORE CREDIT ONLY after 14 days upon your package delivery. If 14 days have exceeded, we do not accept returns.

  • The store credit amount will be your total minus the original shipping costs. 

  • All customers are required to purchase their own label for the return. 

  • If an item you received is damaged at our fault, is not the item you ordered. Please email charmswong@gmail.com with your order information and include photo proof of the issue. We will get back to you as soon as possible! 

  • Do not send us back any items unless confirmed to do so.
