I’ve always been enchanted by the fantastical tales we cherished as children, the ones we often forget as we grow up. Instead, these tales take on a new form as we get older; they turn into events for family gatherings and excuses to eat good food, or, tragically in some cases, they are forgotten—like a fading memory someone brings up once in a decade.

I started PaletteProblems after viewing so many movies reiterate on the same mythological stories. And I said, damn this story again? There are so many more stories that people have not heard of that are only native to children born from certain areas.

I design the whimsical worlds people would want to live in, and help those of us who want to find solace in the mundane everyday through a fresh perspective.

How long does the prints take to ship?

Standard Shipping time is 2-7 days after the order is submitted.

What if I put in the wrong address in my order?

We can change shipping details if the product has not yet been sent, so please contact us ASAP. However if the print has been sent and cannot be recovered please email charmswong@gmail.com for a solution.

What if my order was returned to the sender?

If you notice that your order has been returned before we do, please contact us at charmswong@gmail.com with your order number and verified address. If the return was due to an incorrect address provided by you or you could not be contacted during delivery, the customer may be responsible for a second shipping fee to resend the order to the correct location. We will reach out via charmswong@gmail.com for any updated details or specific delivery instructions you may have.
